Charles Maddox (Chairman Emeritus) is a retired Florida police officer and a former President of a major organization that represents law enforcement officers. He is a Civilian Aide Emeritus to the Secretary of the Army.

Judith Legerski (Chairman) has held elective office, served the Secretary of the Defense as a member of the Defense Advisory Committee for Women in the Military, chairs the Juvenile Drug Court Board in her community, and is a Civilian Aide Emeritus to the Secretary of the Army.

E. C. (Cris) Stone (Vice Chairman)  was a director of three multibillion dollar banks and a banking consultant. He has served as Chief Credit Officer for two multi-billion dollar financial institutions. He shot at Camp Perry as a West Point cadet. He was commissioned in the Infantry and completed Army Airborne, Ranger and Jungle Schools. He served in Vietnam and Iran with awards for service and valor in combat. He has written for “Infantry Magazine” about small arms safety training. Cris has an MBA from the University of Virginia and served for many years as a member of the Board of Directors of The Association of Graduates of West Point.

Harry A. Sieben Jr., (Secretary) is president of a major personal injury law firm, former Speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives and Major General (Ret.) in the Minnesota National Guard. He is a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army.

Jon N. Bengtson (Treasurer) is a founder and Chairman of the Board of Pinyon Technologies, a local smart antenna technology company. Mr. Bengtson has served as Chairman of the Board of Altair Nanotechnologies (ALTI), a public technology company since June 2004, and has served in senior executive positions with Harrahs, International Game Technology, The Sands Regent Hotel Casino (SNDS) and Radica Games Limited (RADA). Mr. Bengtson also served as the Nevada Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army from 1991until his retirement in 2005. Mr. Bengtson has served on numerous local charity boards including Family Counseling Services of Northern Nevada, the Children’s Cabinet, Partners in Education, Step 2 and others.  Mr. Bengtson is married with three grown children and eight grandchildren. He holds a bachelors degree in finance and a master of Business Administration degree from The University of Nevada, Reno.

Marsha Beasley runs an embroidery and consulting company in Morgantown, WV. She retired from coaching in 2006 after 16 seasons with the highly successful West Virginia University Rifle Team, winners of the NCAA Rifle Championship eight times during her tenure. A former member of the NBPRP, she holds the U.S. Distinguished International Shooter Badge, the Distinguished Rifleman’s Badge and the President’s Hundred Tab. Her special expertise is junior shooting development.

Allan Cors is a public affairs consultant in Washington, DC. He is a former member of the NBPRP and holder of the Distinguished Rifleman Badge, the President’s Hundred Tabs and Elihu Root medals. From 1966 through 2007, he was a firing member of Virginia State National Matches highpower rifle teams that won many national civilian championships.

Lt. General John S. Crosby, U. S. Army Ret., was the Chairman and CEO of a successful company in Alexandria, Virginia and a consultant on national defense systems. General Crosby completed a distinguished Army career that included assignments as the Deputy Commanding General, U. S. Army Training and Doctrine Command; Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, Headquarters, Department of the Army; and Commandant, U. S. Army Field Artillery Center and School. His military awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star.

Dr. Carolyn Hines is the president of a C. W. HINES & Associates, Inc., an international firm based in White Stone, Virginia, specializing in leadership and organizational development.  Dr. Hines served for six years as the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for the Commonwealth of Virginia. She is a recipient of the Outstanding Civilian Service Medal from the Department of the Army. She chairs the ROTC Scholarship Boards for the Civilian Marksmanship Program.

Oscar Mahlon Love is a retired Executive Vice President and Director of the largest bank in New Mexico. He currently is serving as a director of an independent New Mexico Bank. He is also former Commissioner of the New Mexico State Police and is very involved with youth-oriented activities. He is a Civilian Aide Emeritus to the Secretary of the Army and has served on many governmental and private boards.

Bill Willoughby is president of a successful manufacturing company in the Cleveland, OH. He is a U.S. Military Academy graduate and received an MBA from Tulane University. He served in Infantry and Special Forces units in Vietnam. His military decorations include the Silver Star, Soldier’s Medal, Bronze Star, Purple Heart and Combat Infantryman’s Badge. He has served as a Civilian Aide Emeritus to the Secretary of the Army since 1994.
