Orest Michaels, the Chief Operating Officer, based in Anniston, Alabama, is responsible for the daily operations of the Corporation and the conduct of the Civilian Marksmanship Program. He is a retired Army logistician and past Division Chief of the Defense Depot Anniston Weapons Division. He has been an administrative officer of the Corporation since 1997.
