A: Some Ranges in the western states will not allow the use of any ammo that attracts a magnet in an effort to prevent forest or brush fires caused by sparks. Because we frequently are asked if the bullet attracts a magnet - we provide the information as part of our description to reduce the number of calls and emails we would otherwise receive. If we identify a bullet as attracting a magnet, it may mean that the bullet has a steel jacket, or that there is some ferrous material in the gilding metal.

FAQ: Is the ammunition available only at the CMP Stores?

A: The ammunition is available at both the North and South Stores, and also for estore and mail-in orders.
