Default .30-06 ammo update - 19 Nov 09

The CMP has been successful in acquiring another large quantity of HXP .30-06 ammo. We expect delivery in Jan 2010 and should have the ammo ready for sale by Feb or Mar. Until we actually receive and inspect the ammo, we will not know what packaging configurations will be available, but expect them to be the same as we have had for the past few years. We do not yet know what our final cost will be. We do know that the quantity is large enough to satisfy our customer needs for several years. We will not accept any pre-orders or establish a waiting list. Thanks for your support and patience.

Good Job Orest! Do you know yet if this new lot of ammo is going to be supplied at the Eastern/Western Games 7 CP or were you able to stick with the new Hornady stuff?

Not to mention blowing the tidy 100%+ profits that resellers on GunBroker were raking in...I love it... I use the term "reseller" in lieu of others I would rather use to keep me from getting kicked off the forum.

Outstanding news, Orest, Thank You!

If only we can keep the greedy, "Profiteers", from descimating this new lifeline. I can see them now at their computers, hoping to "harvest" this fresh "crop" of ammo, like wheat. Must'nt happen.
I'm all for purchase limits, at whatever level the CMP deems proper.
Thanks again for this great news, for our sport of choice!

Default 30-06 Ammo

Ya mean I can stop hoarding primers, powder, bullets and quit reloading for awhile?
